Track Chic Crew Chiefs are invited to utilize a reserved web page on www.trackchic.com for posting information on their Crew Team. Track Chic, Inc. has established the following policies as part of our Crew Team Membership Terms and Conditions for those Crew Chiefs who may also wish to create and host individual Track Chic Crew Team web sites separate from www.trackchic.com. Please also review our Membership Terms and Conditions, as it relates to our policies listed below:

1. Chapters must use the Track Chic Official Crew Team Logo graphic on their Crew Team web sites.
   The logo file is provided below:



To download the above logo, right-click and choose "Save to disk" or "Save as..." and save it to your computer desktop. For Mac users: clicking and holding the button down is the same as a right-click.

Note: We reserve the right to remove the link from our site at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice.


2. A Crew Team web site may not be used to disparage, malign, misrepresent, libel, or defame anyone or any person or entity, including but not limited to Track Chic, Inc.



3. A Track Chic Crew Team web site must not represent the Crew Team as an independent organization of its own. In addition, a Track Chic Crew Team web site must not represent the Crew Team as part of any independent organization other than Track Chic, Inc.



4. A Track Chic Crew Team web site must be designed so that it is clear to viewers that it represents an individual chapter or Crew Team of Track Chic, Inc. and that it is not the Track Chic, Inc. web site. The Crew Team name indicating such affiliation and a link to www.trackchic.com must be present on the home page of the Crew Team's web site. This avoids misleading and confusing those users who are attempting to find the main Track Chic, Inc. web site.



5. Track Chic Crew Team web sites must not be used for the purpose of selling goods or services. Any Crew Team is absolutely prohibited from using the Track Chic, Inc. name, logo, or any other copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc. on any web site that sells goods or services that are not offered or licensed by Track Chic, Inc. A Track Chic Crew Team web site must not violate copyright or trademark law in any way.



6. There may not be any direct link from any Track Chic, Inc. Crew Team web site to other sites offering goods or services, which are not offered or licensed by Track Chic, Inc., aimed at members of Track Chic, Inc.



7. A Track Chic, Inc. Crew Team web site must not be used in any manner that violates any applicable law, ordinance, or regulation.



8. Track Chic, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for:
   
   
   1. any information or material contained on any individual Track Chic Crew Team web site;
   
   
   
   2. any loss of data occurring for any reason whatsoever on one of the Track Chic Crew Team individual web sites (Track Chic, Inc. in no way guarantees the security of the Crew Team web sites; and
   
   
   
   3. the acts of any third party affecting any Crew Team web site.
   
   
   
9. Track Chic, Inc. reserves the right to shut down, suspend, or sever its link with any individual Crew Team web site for any reason whatsoever.
