Inc. for their personal use, whether commercial or otherwise, will be subject to prosecution under the law.
The Track Chic graphic, which can be found on the homepage of the Track Chic, Inc. web site at www.trackchic.com, may be used by Track
Chic Crew Members on any Track Chic web sites, name tags or other forms of identification, Crew rosters, Crew newsletters, Crew event
fliers, and the like without any special permission, provided that it is not used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to
the marketing or endorsing of goods or services of any kind, used to defame or disparage Track Chic, Inc. in any way, or used in connection
with any objectionable, offensive, or obscene material, as determined by Track Chic, Inc., including but not limited to such uses as might
tarnish the reputation of Track Chic or otherwise damage the meaning of said graphic in the public eye.
Track Chic Crew Logo
Permitted Uses of the Track Chic Crew Logo by Track Chic Crew Members:
- On Track Chic Crew web sites
- On Track Chic Crew nametags (or other forms of identification)
- Track Chic Crew rosters
- Track Chic Crew chapter newsletters
- Track Chic Crew chapter event fliers
Note: Such uses are permitted without special permission
Limitations on Such Uses:
- The Track Chic Crew Logo may not be used for any commercial enterprise, including but not limited to the marketing or
endorsement of goods or services of any kind.
- The Track Chic Crew Logo may not be used to defame or disparage Track Chic, Inc. in any way.

Members Must: include the name on their crew prominently in the immediate vicinity of the Track Chic Crew Logo in order to avoid any
potential confusion.

A downloadable picture of the Track Chic Crew Logo graphic is available online for use by Crew Chiefs and Members. By
downloading this Logo, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained on this web page.
Other Uses: Any use of any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc. beyond those specified
above require express prior written approval from Track Chic, Inc. Such permission will generally only be given in exceptional and
