The Track Chic name is a registered trademark of Track Chic, Inc. and as such is the exclusive intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc.
Our logo, and any other names and marks used on this web site to identify Track Chic, Inc. or any of its merchandise, services, events, or other offerings are also the intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc. and are protected under either the relevant copyright or trademark law, or both. Membership in a Track Chic Crew Team does not give any person the right to use the Track Chic name, logo, or any other copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc. However, membership in a Track Chic, Inc. Crew Team does give that member special privileges with respect to the use of the Track Chic Crew logo and trademark, as set forth in the following paragraphs. Any individual, group, or entity that uses the Track Chic name, logo, chapter logo, graphics, or any other intellectual property of Track Chic, Inc. for their personal use, whether commercial or otherwise, will be subject to prosecution under the law.
